You can search by postcode or via the map to see the value of your property. Once you find the valuation you can use this service to:

  • Check the property valuation details
  • Check other local properties in the postcode area
  • See the full annual rate calculation for current rating year
  • Request a valuation review
  • Apply for a valuation related relief or allowance

You could try:

  • checking your postcode is correct
  • trying a different postcode nearby
  • selecting a different primary class or removing the class filter
  • using the advanced search

If the property is newly built it may not be on the valuation list yet. You can request a new property valuation online:
